Shipping Policy – LilyElegance
1. Shipping & Delivery
The products available on our website are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.
1.1 Free Delivery
Our delivery option called “Free Delivery” is available at no additional cost. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 15 working days (after dispatch), depending on the customer’s location.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 5 working days after payment confirmation in our system.
A tracking number will be provided so customers can monitor their order status.
Note: In some cases, this period may be extended due to customs delays, strikes, holidays, postal congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
1.2 Duty and Taxable Items
The vast majority of orders (around 99%) are delivered to the address provided without additional costs. In rare cases, a parcel may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. If so, a notice will be sent to the provided address informing the customer that charges apply and the item can be collected at the local post office upon payment.
Recommended procedure:
- Visit the post office mentioned in the notice and collect the parcel.
LilyElegance does not accept responsibility for refunding any taxes or customs fees.
1.3 International Shipping
All orders placed on our site are considered international shipments, as items are dispatched from our overseas warehouse. Therefore, they may be subject to import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer (see section 1.2).
2. Payment Confirmation
Depending on the payment provider and the bank, confirmation may take 1 to 3 working days.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once payment is confirmed, a tracking number will be sent via email (and other contact methods provided at checkout).
The tracking code is typically issued within up to 8 working days.
Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged or shows visible defects, we recommend refusing the parcel and contacting our customer service immediately.
4. Delivery & Redelivery
Parcels pass through customs before being forwarded to the final delivery address.
Delivery is carried out by the local postal services. If the recipient is unavailable or access is restricted, a collection slip may be left so the parcel can be picked up at the nearest post office.
5. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code.
6. Tracking Information
For international shipments, tracking information may appear 5 to 20 working days after the code is issued.
The respective carrier is responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
7. Delivery Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. LilyElegance is not responsible for any errors or incomplete information.
If the parcel is returned to us, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs.
8. Customs Duties
As this is an import service, all products may be subject to customs duties or other formalities.
LilyElegance accepts no responsibility for any local taxes, duties, or charges imposed by local authorities.
